In order to be respectful of time, our staff will notify clients within 24-48 hours of the need to cancel appointments. Our staff will reschedule the appointments as soon as possible. Our organization requires that clients notify staffs within 24-48 hours to cancel their appointments. Failure to do will result in a $20.00 non-refundable fee.
